大家好!
兩年前,我從xx英語(yǔ)教育院校畢業(yè),躊躇滿志地從大學(xué)校門里走出來(lái),滿懷信心地踏進(jìn)了這滿是孩子們的天堂。在我開始接任四年級(jí)二班的英語(yǔ)教程那一刻,我的心情忐忑不安,不知能否把課上好,當(dāng)我真正走上工作崗位,走上四二班教室的講臺(tái)時(shí),面對(duì)一個(gè)個(gè)鮮活可愛的面孔,面對(duì)一雙雙求知的眼睛,我總是一次次默默的告訴自己,要努力,要加油,要成為深受學(xué)生歡迎的好老師。
有人說(shuō)兒童是一本書雖然要讀懂這本書并非易事,但要成為一位出色的教師就必須去讀它,有人說(shuō),兒童是花木,教師是園丁,園丁悉心照料著花木,但需要尊重它們自然地成長(zhǎng)。實(shí)際上,兒童比花木要復(fù)雜的多,教師的工作比園丁的工作也復(fù)雜的多,盡管他們擁有著共同或共通的規(guī)律。法國(guó)文學(xué)家雨果在他的詩(shī)里曾經(jīng)寫到:“花是尊貴的,果實(shí)是甜美的,讓我們都來(lái)做葉吧,因?yàn)槿~,是平凡而謙遜的!蔽矣X得這首詩(shī)就是為教師寫的,因?yàn)榻處熅拖衲悄瞰I(xiàn)的綠葉,時(shí)時(shí)刻刻襯托著鮮花的嬌艷。今天,在慶祝教師節(jié)的日子里,我榮幸地站上這方講臺(tái),誦讀這樣意味深長(zhǎng)的詩(shī)句,即將開始我至真至誠(chéng)的講述,我心中無(wú)比激動(dòng),也感到萬(wàn)分的驕傲自豪。
時(shí)光匆匆,轉(zhuǎn)眼間我已走過(guò)了四年的從教生涯。雖然在大家看來(lái)這段時(shí)間有些短暫。但細(xì)數(shù)往昔歲月的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)滴滴,我還是要長(zhǎng)嘆:生活原來(lái)給了我們那么多感動(dòng)。為了這真情付出后得到的感動(dòng),我一直在追求著。剛剛參加工作時(shí),信心百倍。記得第一次以教師的身份走進(jìn)課堂,感覺一切都是那樣美好。然而,醉酒方知酒味濃,為師才知為師難。一段時(shí)間之后,我先前良好的自我感覺早就一掃而空,面對(duì)一群求知欲渴的孩子們,我才真正意識(shí)到教師職業(yè)是何等的艱辛和瑣碎,三尺講臺(tái)站上去容易,要站好可真難啊!
每個(gè)人都希望自己的人生風(fēng)和日麗,鶯歌燕舞。但月有陰晴圓缺,人有旦夕禍福,挫折和失敗總是不斷地踩痛我們的心。我們是把失意的怨氣撒在孩子身上,還是收起此時(shí)內(nèi)心的.苦楚用微笑面對(duì)純真可愛的孩子?我想沒有人愿意選擇前者,因?yàn)槟愕男闹杏袗!魯迅先生有句話“教育是植根與愛的”。是的,愛是教育的源泉,教師有了愛,才會(huì)用伯樂(lè)的眼光去發(fā)現(xiàn)孩子們的閃光點(diǎn),才會(huì)對(duì)自己的教育對(duì)象充滿了信心和愛心,才會(huì)有追求卓越的精神和創(chuàng)新的精神。
今天,我是一名小學(xué)英語(yǔ)教師,愛我的學(xué)生,我會(huì)像母親一樣無(wú)私和不求索取;愛我的學(xué)生,我會(huì)像手足一樣把心和他們貼得更近;愛我的學(xué)生,我會(huì)像朋友一樣與他們風(fēng)雨同舟;愛我的學(xué)生,我會(huì)不溺愛不袒護(hù),在他們跌倒時(shí),鼓勵(lì)他們勇敢的站起來(lái)!我相信“人民教師”這光榮而神圣的稱謂,它總能讓我擁有無(wú)窮的力量。

Someone said “we are reading the first verse of the first chapter of abook, whose pages are infinite”. I don't know who wrote these words, but I'vealways liked them as a reminder that the future can be anything we want it tobe. We are all in the position of the farmers. If we plant a good seed ,we reapa good harvest. If we plant nothing at all, we harvest nothing at all.
We are young. “How to spend the youth?” It is a meaningful question. Toanswer it, first I have to ask “what do you understand by the word youth?” Youthis not a time of life, it's a state of mind. It's not a matter of rosy cheeks,red lips or supple knees. It's the matter of the will. It's the freshness of thedeep spring of life.
A poet said “To see a world in a grain of sand, and a heaven in a wildflower, hold infinity in the palm of your hand, and eternity in an hour. Severaldays ago, I had a chance to listen to a lecture. I learnt a lot there. I'd liketo share it with all of you. Let's show our right palms. We can see three linesthat show how our love.career and life is. I have a short line of life. Whatabout yours? I wondered whether we could see our future in this way. Well, let'smake a fist. Where is our future? Where is our love, career, and life? Tellme.Yeah, it is in our hands. It is held in ourselves.
We all want the future to be better than the past. But the future can gobetter itself. Don't cry because it is over, smile because it happened. From thepast, we've learnt that the life is tough, but we are tougher. We've learnt thatwe can't choose how we feel, but we can choose what about it. Failure doesn'tmean you don't have it, it does mean you should do it in a different way.Failure doesn't mean you should give up, it does mean you must try harder.
As what I said at the beginning, “we are reading the first verse of thefirst chapter of a book, whose pages are infinite”. The past has gone. Nothingwe do will change it. But the future is in front of us. Believe that what wegive to the world, the world will give to us. And from today on, let's be theowners of ourselves, and speak out “We are the world, we are the future.”

I do not know who wrote those words, but I have always liked them as areminder that the future can be anything we want to make it.
We can take the mysterious, hazy future and carve out of it anything thatwe can imagine, just like a sculptor carves a statue from a shapeless stone.
We are all in the position of the farmer. If we plant a good seed, we reapa good harvest. If our seed is poor and full of weeds, we reap a useless crop.If we plant nothing at all, we harvest nothing at all.
I want the future to be better than the past. I don't want it contaminatedby the mistakes and errors with which history is filled. We should all beconcerned about the future because that is where we will spend the reminder ofour lives.
The past is gone and static. Nothing we can do will change it. The futureis before us and dynamic. Everything we do will effect it.
Each day will brings with it new frontiers, in our homes and in ourbusinesses, if we will only recognize them. We are just at the beginning of theprogress in every field of human endeavor.
