這種情況主要是由以下兩方面的原因所導(dǎo)致。首先，司機(jī)越來(lái)越不 重視社會(huì)公德。在駕駛時(shí)，他們完全忘記了應(yīng)該遵守的交通規(guī)則。其次, 令人驚訝的是，社會(huì)對(duì)和平的破壞者竟然報(bào)以如此仁慈的微笑，似乎在 縱容他們的行為。隨著交通的發(fā)展，城市因交通問(wèn)題嚴(yán)重而變得幾乎無(wú) 法居住，而鄉(xiāng)村也被錯(cuò)綜復(fù)雜的道路交通網(wǎng)所累。
因此，是時(shí)候制定全球性的法規(guī)來(lái)減少這種無(wú)謂的喪身，從而對(duì)遏 制事故發(fā)生率產(chǎn)生積極影響。
